Well.. not quite yet.. Two weekends ago we headed over to the Gale Green House to start our first starts of the year!

The kids learned how to properly plant seeds, what makes green houses warm, and it just not warm enough to grow strawberries, despite their hopeful strawberry questioning. We planted greens, tomatoes, squash, radishes, peppers, a much more.

We planted greens, tomatoes, squash, radishes, peppers, a much more. After the kids harvested some lovely looking lettuce plants and headed back to the church to make their first fresh salad of the year.
